Hridaya

Hridaya is a beautiful Sanskrit word that points to the Awakened Heart of all Being and to the Awakened Heart of your Being. Not two. It is the Ultimate Reality that at this very moment simultaneously rests as absolutely nothing and yet manifests as everything and every possibility, including you. There is not anything or anyone that is not the Heart and there is no getting away from It. You, as you are right now, even with all of your illusions and delusions, anxieties and problems, are only the Heart. There is not anything you need to know, understand, change, transform or do for this to be so. Everything that exists arises, appears and then disappears only as the Heart.

You are Hridaya. You are the Heart of all Being. Nothing has ever happened.
